Hi, I’m Monish, a certified hypnotherapist.


I have international training and have conducted over 210 sessions. I support individuals through anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges.


My approach is calm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, helping you understand your inner patterns and gently create lasting change at your own pace.


I believe meaningful transformation comes from gently working with the mind in a way that feels safe and sustainable.


I am a member of recognised hypnotherapy organisations, including the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Integrative Psychotherapy.
